How much does therapy cost?

We accept most insurance plans. You can check with your insurance provider to learn more about your mental health coverage, or you can call us and we can help verify your benefits. Our self-pay rate is $150 per session.

What should I expect in my first therapy session?

Your first session usually includes a mental health assessment. That may sound intimidating, but it is simply a way for us to get to know you, understand your current concerns and history, and determine what goals and supports may be the best fit for you.
